Why a series?
Laser targets hair while it’s in its active growth phase. Because hairs grow in cycles, a series of sessions spaced apart is needed to treat each hair at the right time. Your provider will recommend a plan for your skin, your hair and the area.
For women and men
We treat women and men, from the face and underarms to the shoulders, back and legs. Book online by area through our booking page.
Your appointment
- Shave the area before your appointment. Your provider will confirm any other preparation.
- Redness and small bumps right after treatment are normal and can last up to 2 hours or longer. The area may feel like a mild sunburn for a few hours.
Aftercare
- Use a cold compress if sensitivity continues.
- Wash the area gently with a mild soap and pat dry. Don’t rub for the first 48 hours.
- Skip makeup, lotion, moisturizer and deodorant on the area for the first 24 hours.
- Don’t pick, scratch, wax, thread or tweeze. Shaving is the only hair removal to use between sessions.
